I started in corporate but when I became a mother I realized that my sensitivity needed me to create a different life.

While pregnant with my second son, I discovered Meridian Yoga and Chinese Medicine. It saved me. It gave me a total new way to support my body, emotions and energy.

And from that moment I wanted to teach people how they can find their own healing power & reconnect to their passions, to nature’s rhythms and feeling more connected to themselves.

I trained as a Do-in Meridian Yoga teacher, Qi Gong teacher and Chinese medicine professional and acupuncturist.

Today, my work is a combination of Chinese medicine, healing harp music and ancestral knowledge. I offer healings but also teach people how to heal themselves. 
 

I’m a deeply spiritual person, yet I’ve also seen the ungrounded sides of certain spiritual practices. I try to keep my offerings & life grounded while also recognizing the magic of the unseen world. 
 

Other than that, I’m a sensitive and love solitude and adventure. You will find me in nature and at historic sites. My favorite beings are trees, ancient stones and Mother Earth’s waters.

As a mom of two boys, my work is also shaped by real life, by finding a balance between inner work, my spiritual journey and the everyday experiences of family life.
