My background is in corporate life, but becoming a mother brought me into a deeper relationship with my own sensitivity. I reached a point of exhaustion, overwhelm and a feeling that something was missing from my work and my life.

While pregnant with my second son in 2015, I discovered Meridian Yoga and Chinese Medicine. They gave me new ways to understand my body, my energy and what I needed to feel more balanced.

​

That experience opened a new path for me. I began studying and exploring different ways of working with the body, emotions and energy, training as a Do-in Meridian Yoga teacher, Qi Gong teacher and Chinese medicine professional and acupuncturist.

​

Today, my work is rooted in Chinese medicine, nature and ancestral knowledge.

Along my path, I've also experienced the ungrounded and overwhelming sides of spirituality. This taught me how important it is to keep healing simple, safe and grounded in everyday life.

​

Nature and historic sites are some of my favourite places to be. I love spending time with trees, water and ancient stones. They continue to inspire my work and my curiosity about how we, too, can find our way back to balance.

​

As a mom of two boys, my work is also shaped by real life, by finding a balance between inner work, spiritual exploration and the everyday experiences of family life.

​

Through my healing sessions, courses and workshops, I create spaces where you can slow down, listen inwardly and reconnect with your body, your emotions and your own inner knowing.
