My background is in corporate but when I became a mom my sensitivity brought me to a point of exhaustion, overwhelm and a loss of meaning in my work.

Pregnant with my second son, in 2015, I discovered Meridian Yoga and Chinese Medicine and began learning how to work with my energy in a way that supported me.

I wanted to share with others what I learned and how to reconnect with your body, energy, and a natural sense of balance.

I trained as a Do-in Meridian Yoga teacher, Qi Gong Teacher and Chinese medicine professional and acupuncturist.

​

Today, my healing work is rooted in nature and ancestral knowledge. Along my path, I've also seen the ungrounded and overwhelming sides of spirituality. That taught me the importance of keeping healing simple, safe and grounded in everyday life. 

​

Nature and historic sites are my favourite places. I love spending time with trees, water and ancient stones. They teach me about the past and show me how we can return to balance. 

​

As a mom of two boys, my work is influenced by real life, finding balance between inner work, spiritual growth and everyday family life.  

​

Through my healing sessions, courses and workshops, I support you in coming back to yourself, grounded, clear and more connected to your own inner wisdom.
