Complaints
In the event of a complaint about a treatment, an attempt will first be made to discuss this with you. It is also possible to engage an independent complaints officer. This person can provide support in formulating the complaint or in cases of dissatisfaction and helps in finding solutions. The therapist has the right to be informed of this. For this purpose, the practice is affiliated with the complaints officer listed on the website of the VBAG (see the link at the bottom of this text).
