What you receive

My sessions are a combination of light touch, and Japanese acupuncture on traditional acupuncture points and meridians, without the use of needle insertion. These methods have been successfully practiced in Japan for centuries. The session is designed to help: - regulate an overstimulated nervous system - release stored emotional and energetic tension - restore balance in the body’s energy flow - create deep relaxation and grounding. Experience a gentle, pain-free approach designed with sensitivity in mind. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring a calm, comfortable experience without overwhelm. You will leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself. Treatments are given at: W.G. Plein 451, 1054SH Amsterdam Sundays 11 am -6 pm  Mondays 10 am -1.30 pm  Wednesday evening 6.30 pm -9 pm Other times available on request please call me at +31649266042. I am a licensed member of the Dutch Association VBAG. If you have an additional alternative medicine package as part of your health insurance (aanvullende zorgverzekering), my in-person acupuncture treatments will be reimbursed by your health insurer. Please check with your insurance. The rates of in-person acupuncture treatments are VAT free.
