What you receive

My sessions are a combination of light touch, acupressure and energetic balancing techniques on traditional acupuncture points and meridians, without the use of needle insertion. I will use touch, Japanese acupuncture tools such as a teishin and press needles (pain-free and long lasting), and tuning forks. The session is designed to help: - regulate an overstimulated nervous system - release stored emotional and energetic tension - restore balance in the body’s energy flow - create deep relaxation and grounding. The sessions are ideal for those who are easily overstimulated, afraid of needles, for children and those who seek a soft and supportive healing experience. This treatment honors your sensitivity by working slowly and gently, allowing your body to rebalance without overwhelm. You will leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself. I am a licensed member of the Dutch Association VBAG. If you have an additional alternative medicine package as part of your health insurance (aanvullende zorgverzekering), it is possible that my in-person acupuncture treatments will be reimbursed by your health insurer. Please check with your insurance. The rates of in-person acupuncture treatments are VAT free.
