What you receive

My distant healing sessions aim at restoring the natural flow of energy in your body which leads to improved health, a feeling of clarity & restored vitality. In my distance acupuncture sessions, I work with three energetic systems, the meridian system, the chakra system, and the Kathara Grid, to support balance and flow within the body’s energetic structure. My distance sessions assist with: - reducing stress and anxiety - regulating emotions - supporting fertility - releasing pain and tension and - improving sleep and energy levels. You will leave the session feeling more grounded, energetic and empowered in your healing journey. Each session begins with a brief check-in over Zoom. After that, I’ll work on your body from the distance for about 30 minutes while you relax and receive the healing. After that I check back in with you on Zoom for further diet & lifestyle advice to prolong the healing.
