Echos & Roots was born out of my own journey of connecting with the wisdom of my body, feeling my energy and emotions and having a need to be deeply connected to Mother Earth & our ancestral ways of living.

My work brings together Chinese medicine, nature, ancient wisdom and creative practices, offering different ways to support your body, emotions and sense of connection.
