I will work with you one-on-one on specific challenges that you like to overcome. This includes - reconnecting with your intuition and trust in life, - finding your meaning, - healing wounds such as abandonment, lack of self-worth, fear of being seen, - stepping into joy, - learn how to move from overthinking and paralysis into action and making courageous decisions to leave a stagnant relationship, job, or living situation - creating inner safety and nervous system regulation. We will meet bi-weekly for one hour over the course of 3 months and I will use - soul readings - distant acupuncture treatments - mind-body exercises - coaching - and healing harp music to assist you on your path.
